In a macabre turn of events, the sister of deceased TapouT co-founder 'Mask' has sued the remaining partners for return of her brother's remains. Carla claims she is the sole person with the legal power to control the ashes, that the men have kept a significant amount of Mask's ashes, and that they have refused to give them back to Mask's estate. She further accused them of stealing his ashes, and giving away 50 to 100 vials containing Mask's ashes at the public memorial service in 2009.
